Hi, I'm Rachel Rippel. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC/LCPC) dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion and clarity. At New Horizons Counseling LLC, I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment where clients feel safe, heard, and supported.
My approach to counseling is person-centered and strengths-based, focusing on who you are in the present moment while honoring your experiences and unique story. I believe that each individual has the capacity for growth and healing, and my role is to walk alongside you as you discover your strengths and move toward meaningful change.
I work collaboratively with clients to address concerns such as anxiety, stress, and life transitions. Together, we focus on the here-and-now—helping you gain insight, build practical tools, and develop confidence in your ability to move forward.
I grew up in North Dakota and value the simplicity and connection that comes with rural living. Today, I live in the country with my husband and our five daughters. I am also actively involved in my church, which has shaped my commitment to serving others with compassion, integrity, and care.
